  • How long will it take for my order to be sent/shipped to me?

    Most orders ship within 2 days, but if you are having alterations done (hemming or otherwise), it can add to the delivery time. Alterations will need to be done through our alteration shop and are scheduled separately. Typically, we add 2-5 days for alterations and shipping.

  • How can I track my order?

    An email with the tracking information will be sent to you as soon as you order is picked up by FedEx. M&H Uniforms ships via FedEx 2nd Day, however, some customer accounts require/request that we use alternate shipping methods. You may need to check your order receipt or email us if you need more specifics [email protected].

  • What if I need to return or exchange my order?

    Go to Exchange & Returns Policy for more specifics. Please know freight, including applicable taxes, are non-refundable. Note: If you're looking to return a hat, please scroll to the bottom of the Exchange/Returns Policy for more details.

  • How do I know if I’m ordering the right size/fit?

    There is a Male and Female size chart on our website to view our general sizing. You can also contact our customer service team for sizing and ordering assistance at [email protected] or call 800-888-9927.

  • Who should I contact with questions or concerns?

    Our standard business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PT, and we have extended email hours.

  • Where can I find your store locations?

  • What if my package is lost or damaged?

    In the event of a lost or damaged package, please email [email protected] to make a formal report. A claim must be filed within ten days of your scheduled delivery date (listed in your shipment email). We will do our best to help you find your package.

  • Can I redirect my package after it’s been shipped?

    Redirected shipments cannot be guaranteed, as we must work through the shipping carrier. We will do our best to accommodate your request and to update you on the information available. Please call 800-888-9927 or email [email protected], to make a request.

  • How do I update my email address?

    Please email [email protected] to request an email address change. We will change it promptly and confirm once it's been updated.

  • Can I order online for in-store pickup?

  • How long does it take to manufacture my hat?

    Hats are custom made via Midway Cap Company. Their average manufacturing time is 5-6 weeks. Please also allow time for shipping.
  • Can I change my shipping address for my hat order?

    Address changes require written confirmation. M&H will need to verify Midway Cap Company can change your address. Please submit your request in writing to [email protected]. M&H will email you back once a change can be confirmed.
